Keep doing whip kickers untill u get up far enough to hold youself up its better if you have someone spot you doing a handstand. ( spot= the girl in pink is my spotter) she is my spotter.
Then try and do it by yourself when you feel comfortable.
Once you have it point your toes
- Arm strength
- I would suggest doing some push-ups
- Whiping power
- I would suggest doing a whip kickers
