-Dice onions into 1/4 inch pieces -Dice tomatoes into 3/8 inch pieces -Dice chili into very fine pieces -Blend 2 Chipotle peppers with Adobo sauce -Open Black Beans & Corn -Course chop Cilantro
Combine ingredients in a serving bowl and set aside to marry flavors.
-Course cube Avocados into 1/2 inch cubes Place the Avocados into a storage container -Juice 2 or 3 Limes over the Avocados Cover and store Avocados in the fridge until serving time for freshness.
Mix Avocados and salsa together just before serving, salt to tase and serve with chips!

- 1 Large Serrano | Jalapeño
- 1 Can Organic Whole Black Beans

- 2 Small Plum Tomatoes
