You will see them cracked open in the morning. Remove water and place the soybeans in the milk carton. Milk carton let the soybeans grow in the dark and help keeping the temperature.

After 6~12 hours, some of them already grew. Soak them in lukewarm water for 5 minutes, then remove water and let the soybeans grow in the carton again for 6~12 hours.

... Until you reach the desired size.

It shouldn't take more than 4 days to grow your soybeans, especially if you like them short like I do. They taste so much better like that! All you have to do is remove all the green shells and enjoy!
