You will need a packet of seeds. Use scissors to cut the top open ready to add the seeds to your prepared container.

Add some cotton wool to a container and carefully pour water onto it until damp. Do not flood the container!

Next sprinkle a few seeds on top of the cotton wool and make sure your seeds are kept damp but not too wet. Keep them in the sun too.

After 5 days your cress is now fully grown and ready to be eaten.

Now cut the cress and add it to an egg sandwich - tasty!
