Cut the top of the pineapple off making sure to not cut too close to the crown (the part you are cutting off)

Turn the crown upside down (hey that rhymed haha) for about a week to let it dry

After a week, put the crown in a glass of water (Luke warm). Make sure to change the water out when it starts collecting unwanted dirt

When routs have grown out of the pineapple, plant it in a pot. (A 6 inch pot)

It should stay in mostly dry conditions (ex: don't leave the plant outside if you know it is going to rain) the plant will do it's best growing inside by a window
