Slice the chicken into chicken tender size.
Put 1/2 tbsp of olive oil in the pan and put the skillet on high heat.
Add one sliced onion to the oil.
Add 1 tsp of garlic.
Sauté until the onions are golden brown.
Add the chicken on top.
You can optionally add 1 tsp of parsley for garnish
Sprinkle 1 tbsp of bread crumbs over the chicken. I used Italian bread crumbs with garlic already in it. I would recommend adding garlic if your bread crumbs don't.
When the chicken gets white on the edges, it's time to flip. This normally takes around 4 mins for me.
Yum! Look at that nice golden flavor. Cook the other side for about three minutes.
Now it's time to add in the spinach. I put a hand full, but it's probably around 1 cup.
Stir the spinach around a bit while the chicken finishes cooking.
After the spinach starts looking like this, the dish should be done.
I wanted more spinach, so I added a bit more in to cook. :3
Take the pan off the grill.
Serve with your favorite side and enjoy. :)
- 3.0 Chicken breast, sliced
- 1/2Tbsp Olive oil
