How to grill healthy garlic spinach chicken

I wanted to throw together something healthy and quick. This takes about 5 mins prep time and around 10-15 mins cook time.

INGREDIENTS

Slice the chicken into chicken tender size.

Put 1/2 tbsp of olive oil in the pan and put the skillet on high heat.

Sprinkle 1 tbsp of bread crumbs over the chicken. I used Italian bread crumbs with garlic already in it. I would recommend adding garlic if your bread crumbs don't.

When the chicken gets white on the edges, it's time to flip. This normally takes around 4 mins for me.

Now it's time to add in the spinach. I put a hand full, but it's probably around 1 cup.

Stir the spinach around a bit while the chicken finishes cooking.
