Start by soaking the corn with cold water in the sink or bucket. I let it soak for about 1/2-1 hour.
Start the charcoal or turn on the propane to warm the bbq.
Empty the sink or bucket of water and let corn drain. When bbq is ready place the corn on. I turned the cobs every 6-10 mins about 3-4 times.
In about 20-30 mins(all depends how hot your fire is) the cobs should be done. They may look a little burnt but inside will be fine.
CAUTION HOT!!! Now peel back the husks. Watch out it will release a lot of HOT steam!! Lather with butter, salt and pepper or whatever you like.
Or peel the husks off and serve to your family and let them decide what they want on thier corn. And ENJOY!!
