How to gotomeeting on the ipad

Go to your calendar on the iPad.

Tap "Day" to go into day view. If not already show, select the correct day of your meeting.

Scroll down to "Show all Notes".

Find the "Please join my meeting." step and click the link.

Wait for the link to route through Safari. There may be some screen flashing here, so refrain from touching the iPad until it has had sufficient time to check for an iPad app.

If GoToMeeting does not automatically open, then manually open the app and repeat from step one. Wait again for the app to open the meeting.

Wait as the new meeting is opening.

You might be greeted by this handsome guy. You will be muted automatically. Only presenters and those who are called upon by name should unmute themselves. This alleviates background noise.

Once the meeting starts you will see the presenters screen.

Once the meeting has ended the app will close the meeting and ask for feedback.

If you tap "Feedback" then you will be allowed to give your thoughts on the presentation. More waiting to load here.
