What is Biotin? Biotin is a B vitamin it is also called vitamin B7 or vitamin H. It helps to grow your hair long and increase its strength.
Start taking 100mcg per day. If you start taking a large amount, you might shock your skin into breaking out.
Gradually build up to 200mcg after two weeks.
Make sure you drink 60 ounces of water a day because Biotin is water soluable.
Tips:Before taking biotin make sure you eat a meal.
