How to get success in lacrosse

Putting in extra effort when the game gets tough helps everyone succeed and help the team win. Some times it is a lot of extra work but it is worth it.

Knowing my team and having trust is key when the game gets tough. It also makes it easier to help people out

Something that helps me succeed is wrestling it makes me stronger and more able to score. [first wrestling video]

One challenge is the physical aspect of the game. I always hurt my legs and get head injuries when doing face-offs. But this helps my team so I get through it.

But the out come of putting it all on the line is great. After helping my teammates we get better we finally see the outcome.

When ever my team is down I always work my best to move the ball and to encourage people to shoot. But that doesn't work all the time.[me scoring against Bartlett video]

Some of my experiences help and show other not as gifted players how to do moves and other stuff. Me leading by example is helping them reach their goals.

Encouraging others is a daily part of my job on the lacrosse team. Not getting frustrated when they mess up, but to help them and train them.

Often times when my team is not doing so well and they are not reaching their goals I help them out by opening up a lane or helping them score. This will benefit the whole team.
