To Make Combine DRY ingredients in a small jar with a lid. Shake mixture to blend well.

Keep dry mixture in bathroom along with small bottle of Aloe Vera liquid. (Store rest of Aloe Vera liquid in fridge to stop it going off.)

To Use Pour approx 1 tsp of the dry mixture into your palm. Add some aloe vera liquid to create a thick paste in your hand. (You will learn from experience on how much to use.)

Load mixture onto a soft brush or electric toothbrush.

Angle brush 45 degrees to where tooth meets gum (the sulcus junction). Use small wiggling motion along gum line for three to five seconds at each spot on both the cheek and tongue side.

Apply more mixture to brush as needed. Repeat procedure on both upper and lower gum lines. There is no need to rinse afterwards, unless you want to.

Do massage once a day until gums feel less tender then occasionally increase to twice a day.

When you are able to massage twice a day for two weeks in a row, your gums should have become very tough (this is good) and should have a pink-white color (also good!).
