How to get more veggies in you diet ~ fast easy & cheap
I love veggies but don't have the time to prepare them so this works great

Chop some potato
Put in a bowl
I like garlic
Green peas
Have fun with it
Looking good
Pumpkin works well
Red onion adds great. Flavour
All done
Any little spice
At some olive oil
Mix
You can use oven bags or microwave steam bags
Divide your veggies into your bags pop them in the fridge thy will last up to 5 days providing used only fresh veggies
I like putting in a teaspoon or two of water before sealing , baking in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until the Soft or microwave if your using the microwave steam bags for 3-4 mins and stand for 2
While in the oven cooking
Nice tender full color fresh veggies
- Any veggies you like but must be fresh
- Oven bags or microwave bags
- Olive well and salt
- Splash of water
