How to get bubbles to stick to the ground!

You will need a bottle of bubbles.

You need it to rain outside.

And you will need a hard wet surface. Because the bubbles will stick to it. And it would be best if you used wet sidewalk.

They look like this. And if it's windy the bubbles will move across the hard surface.
