Beat the 3 eggs, the 3 egg yolks and the 150 GM of sugar. Whitened. Add the flour and the almond. Then add the melted butter. Beat the egg whites with the 75 g of sugar. Incorporate in the batter.
Put the batter on a tray with a pastry circle. And bake at 170 C 25-30 mins
Ingredients: butter 40g, (to b melted)
Oven tray 28x38 cm. oven 180C/12-15 mins. Depends on the thickness of the cake
