Ingredients arranged
Chop chorizo into thin slices
Chop fresh chilli amount subject to your taste
Chop garlic
Fry chorizo for 4-5 minutes until rich and oily
Remove with slotted spoon onto a plate with kitchen paper on
Add chilli and garlic to the pan fry on low heat
Add cherry toms my favourite
Add prawns and stir for 4-5 mins until pink/cooked
Add pasta to boiling water with a tiny drop of oil
Prawns looking good
Add the chorizo back for a re heat
Serve on pasta rice whatever your pleasure and enjoy...
