How to freeze leftover tomato paste

Have you ever opened up a can of tomato paste just to use a tablespoon and it mysteriously disappears in your fridge only to spoil.

Well stop throwing food away and start freezing them. Freezing preserves food almost like canning does. I do it all the time. Today I will show you how to save your tomato paste.

Tomato paste and any ice cube tray. You can also do this with tomato sauce.

Add your leftover tomato paste to a ziploc bag. You don't have use this method, you can spoon it in the tray. I just find this way less messy. :)

Remove them from the ice cube trays after they have hardened, they will take the shape of whatever ice cube tray you used.
