Press the beef to even thickness.
Seal nearly all the way and force the air out
Press down to produce smaller portion sizes.
Toss it in the freezer. Once it's frozen you can just pull out the smaller squares, these cook fast from frozen for those days that you need a quick meal. Cheers I hope you find this tip useful
