Place meal size portions in quart size freezer bag and add 1/2 cup of water. Careful press out air and seal.
Place bag on large piece of freezer paper. Bring two sides up together and fold over each other. Roll down two or three turns.
Leave a little room for expansion. Tape closed
Fold sides of ends like wrapping a present.
Roll down a couple times. Leaving a little for expansion. Tape closed.
If you have a lot to wrap like I did its faster to tear off a bunch of tape before you start.
Using a sharpie write what type of meat and the date on it.
Now your packaged meat should stack nicely just like a professional did it. I'm not a professional but I did work in a slaughter house during deer season and hog killing. I've wrapped a lot of meat.
