Contact: forward swing, upward to meet the ball. Contact the ball just forward to the lead foot as you transfer your weight from the back foot to the front.
Follow Through: hips and shoulders rotate fully, positioning the body towards the net. Swing the racquet upward across the body, ending above head level.
