I know this isn't a physical conduction of anything like what's typically on SnapGuide but food and jewelry aren't the only important things.
No matter the situation. Love strifes, grief, insecurity, anxiety, everything has a reason. Everything started with an underlying problem. Channel that problem and you'll understand your pain easier
Now that you understand the root of your pain, it's okay to cry. It's always okay to cry but I know from experience it's better to know WHAT you're crying about.
The next step in recovery is moving on. I know it's hard and you may always have the pain somewhere inside you but you have to learn to live with/ or cope with it.
Create a sacred place where you can recover. If you're religious, this is a good place to pray and if you're not religious, it's a good place to think.
Drawing and painting is a good release of emotion that's been built up. Whether you're good or not, it's still going to help.
If you're battling insecurity, stay away from TV and/or the internet for a week or two. Try not to look in a mirror for at least a day. Understand you're true beauty and that you were made like this.
I know some of you may not believe in God but I do and let me tell you that he thinks you're beautiful. Your scars, your mistakes, your "flaws" are what he sees as perfection.
