I know us girls have all experienced clumpy nail polish. :| Here's a quick way to fix it!

You then poured a thimble full of now polish remover or more into the nail polish. You can put in more it kind of depends on how clumpy the polish is. :)

Like so..

Then shake up the nail polish as well as you can!

NO LONGER CLUMPY! :D
