How to fix iphone, ipod if it gets stuck in respring loop

Well if your idevice is stuck in the respring loop, which is when your springboard loads and opens then loads again continuously and heats up your idevice (don't get scared if it heats up keep calm)

What u have to do is hold your lock button for 30secs. And while your holding it you have to press and hold the home button.

Keep holding until your idevice goes black and the apple logo comes up and goes away.

Once you've did that turn it on by holding the power button

If it Starts up and goes back into the loop do the previous steps again

If it doesn't work turn I off like I said and leave it for about 30mins. And try again over and over until it starts up and asks u to put it in 'safe mode'

Put it in safe mode, open up cydia and delete the package that caused the problem

A word of advice. Don't bother trying to install that app again because it's gonna happen again.
