This is the liquid eyeliner I'm using. It started off brown and its suppose to be black.

I accidentally deleted the pic. I had before I did this process but the bottom line is the color change half way through my process. (Sorry it's blurry)

Place boiling water in a cup.

Place your pen in the water for about 5 minutes or more. Make sure the water is not covering the whole pen. Then, start tapping the pen on a hard surface gently several times to get the liquid moving

This is what it should look afterwards. If it doesn't keep placing in the water longer and keep tapping it more. It would also help if you shook it up and down.
