Take as much amount as you take for for gargling with ONLY ONE drink. This amount is the amount you generally put into your mouth. That's all. We don't require a glass full. Just one mouthful.
Gargle like you normally. At the end of every cycle close your mouth and take a break catch your breath and start again with the same mouthful.
Most beneficial when done before sleep. Since I was down with one recently I also did once during the day.
Once you are done gargling NO DRINKING IT UP!! Spit it out please. That much wastage is ok! Good luck and stay healthy 💪👍
