How to fit videos on instagram without cropping

Get the Easy Square for Video app from AppStore, then open it

Choose the top left icon to pick a video you have on your phone

Pick your video

It will process

Then select any options you want (change background color or add a frame). We'll just do a basic white background to blend in with Instagram's background color

You can optionally setup any tags you want to copy in by pressing the gear icon in the lower left corner of the first screen

Press the Instagram icon to send to Instagram

Video gets saved to phone and then hit ok to get sent to your Instagram app

Do any Instagram video editing you like

Tap the caption area to paste in any tags you had added earlier, and publish! Yay! Easy peasy :)
