How to find a very simple sound edit app

I'll love to say Garage band on iOS but however it doesn't allow you to manipulate the soundtrack enough it come with 5 to 6 preset auto tune that you not gonna find useful

But it allows you to make instrumentals that can be useful for sound effects. And multiple tracks

Sunvox lets you edit track and more

How ever the app is 5 bucks on the apps store

And we also use it for podcast it created. Great sound effect and plugins. If u a Mac user garage band is already pre-install I think I've use it it great too
