One thing you can do to feel good is excercise. You don’t have to go crazy and workout every second, But a short walk down the street can make you feel really good.And it's better than sitting inside.
You can also eat nutrition packed meals to feel great too! Protein, fruits,and veggies is the way to go. But also remember sweets aren't a bad thing. Everybody needs sugars and fats in their diet.
Some people think sweats and a t-shirt are more comfy, and I agree... But it's also good to occasionally dress up. When you feel pretty, you feel good.
Do the things you love. From basketball, to music, to what ever your talent or hobby is. Do what you enjoy. Have fun, and feel great!
Lastly, be with the people you love. You'll be happier when you're doing things with your friends and family. And when you are going through tough times, it's great to have them there for you.
