How to feed an anole

So you need your food, your anole and where you feed him or Her at.

First make sure you grab your two mealworms for your anole.

Next put your two mealworms in your hand to warm them up and get them out of their frozen slumber.

Then take out your anole and hold him for a couple of seconds to calm him down.

Then set him or her wherever you feed and put the mealworms in then

Now he or she is a fed and is ready to go back into their cage.
