First you clean your room or tidy up because it's hard to fall asleep because everything is cluttered and it's over wellming
Next you can get some warm milk or tea
Then if you get to hot open a window or turn on a fan
Then turn all of the electronics of no matter how hard it is!:(
you can also take a bath so when you get out it will cool you down
If you can't get to sleep because you can't get comfortable then just choose one position and stay there for about 15 minutes then you'll be asleep
