Fill the ice cube tray with your herbs. I bought this one at the grocery store. You may want to look for a ice cube tray that allows you to make small cubes- that way you only use what you need.

Place in fridge and leave overnight.

Date the baggie you put it in. It's good for up to 6 months.

Then place immediately in freezer. They melt quickly .

All done! Now you'll have spices available when you need them without having them go bad in a few days. It's very convenient! This method has saved me a bit of time and money. Hope it helps you too!
