Front Shoulder Rolls - This time, bring your arms straight out in front of you and make small circles with your shoulders. Do this 10 times in both directions
Prone Shoulder Rolls - Lean forward with your arms out to the sides making small circles with your arms. Do this 10 times in both directions
Shoulder Press - Set up as you would for a downward dog. Lower yourself down and press back up keeping your body in the same position. Perform 15 of these
