Be smart about how you exercise. Change how you plan your day, so that you can exercise in the warmest part of the day. Early morning exercise is great in summer, but terrible in winter.

Layer your clothes. Before you start exercising you are going to be cold, but once you start moving your core will rapidly warm up. Use layers so that you can adapt to your temperature.

Stretching is even more important in winter. Make sure that you dedicate some time to warming up, so that you can prevent any injuries.
