We all have been sick at one point or another, and we know it is not fun! Here are some things to do when you are not feeling good.
Read a book! With our busy lives, if you are like me, there seems like there are not enough hours in a day! We usually don't have time to read a good book. Well, here is your chance to catch up!
Watch TV! When you are not feeling good, it makes you feel better to curl up on the couch with a blanket and watch TV. Don't forget the chicken soup/broth!
Write! It may sound boring, but it really helps to express how you feel, and when you are not sick, to look back and see how bad you felt. It could serve as a motivation tool to help you stay healthy!
SLEEP! I can't stress this enough!! Sleep is really what you need when you are sick. It will leave you feeling refreshed, and more energized. If you want to feel better faster, SLEEP SLEEP SLEEP! (:
