How to entertain make a pencil pen or stick look flexible

Take a pen, pencil or any other type of straight stick.

Grab the pencil near the end, about 1 inch and a half from the end. Grab it with the index and the thumb.

That's it. In the video the illusion doesn't look like it should. The pencil should look like its made of rubber and bending up and down. Hope you can get it right :)
