Preheat oven to 250F, line a large baking sheet of parchment or tin foil with some spray. Mix all ingredients above the nuts in the supply list to make the Essence, you'll have some remaining.
Whisk egg white and water until frothy.
Add in the nuts and stir it up.
Here is the Essence combined with the additional sugar, salt and cayenne.
My assistant is lazy and is still wearing her pajamas!!! Stir the dry mixture into the nuts.
Spread the nuts on the tray. If possible use parchment paper. I was out and my neighbor wasn't home to borrow some.
Bake them until they've dried up, stir every 10 minutes or so. Once done if you're using foil do NOT let them cool on there, dump them into a bowl, learn from my mistake!

- 2.0Tbsp Garlic powder
- 1.0Tbsp Black pepper
- 1.0Tbsp Onion powder
- 1.0Tbsp Cayenne pepper
- 1.0Tbsp Dried oregano

- 4.0c Assorted nuts (unsalted)
- 1.0 Large egg white
- 1.0tsp Water
- 0.0c Sugar
- 2.0Tbsp Essence (all ingredients above nuts)
- 0.0tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1.0tsp Salt
