Preheat oven to 250F, line a large baking sheet of parchment or tin foil with some spray. Mix all ingredients above the nuts in the supply list to make the Essence, you'll have some remaining.

Bake them until they've dried up, stir every 10 minutes or so. Once done if you're using foil do NOT let them cool on there, dump them into a bowl, learn from my mistake!
