Here are some tips to eating healthy. A lot of diets are a bit extreme and dangerous, so instead of stop eating, eat more healthy!
Drink lots of water; It naturally curbs your cravings for food when you aren't hungry, plus, it does wonders to your skin.
Don't eat while watching tv! It becomes a habit to grab a snack every time you watch tv. So when you watch tv, and it is already a habit, chew gum while watching, it keeps your mouth idle.
Eat slowly! By eating slowly it gives your body time to tell you that it's full. If you eat fast, you will eat more than need because your body hasn't had time to register that you should stop eating.
Do not drink soda! Soda is a big part of being over weight. By switching to water or milk you are saving a lot of calories ( and sugar) you will notice a different in energy and Health. ( trust me)
Don't eat unless your hungry! Eating while you are not hungry can become a pass time. Don't let it become that! Food is for hungry people, not a hobby to pass the time. 😉
Make eating healthy fun! Plan lunch while your eating breakfast, eat with friends, make your own food instead of eating out, even grow your own vegetables!
Hang a food log up where every one can see. This way you will be motivated to eat healthy so others can see how heathy you are. Only eat things that you would be proud telling other people about.
Have a special treat! Don't feel like eating healthy means giving up all your treats! Buy a bag of chocolate that you only eat one on Sunday. It makes it taste better and helps you appreciate it more.
Eat in portions; eat only serving size or lower . if you are still hungry after drink some milk. (it is filling)
