How to easy fresh fruit flan cake

Things you will need
Whip the double cream in a bowl along with vanilla extract and sugar (adding sugar bit by bit not all in one go) until its quite stiff but do not over beat as it will start turning yellow into butter!
Should be whipped to this consistency
Add cream to flan and spread evenly then add the fruits on top
- 300.0ml Double cream (heavy cream)
- 200.0g Flan case
- Fresh fruit
- 1.0tsp Vanilla extract
- Sugar in cream- to taste
