Mix the Chicken pieces well with Yogurt, Saffron, Lime juice, Black Pepper, Salt, Yellow Turmeric, 1 tablespoon Olive Oil. Marinate for about 4 hours.
After marination, put the chicken pieces on the skewer rods.
Put them in the oven. Put about a teaspoon of Olive Oil over the pieces. (The aluminium foil is put around the tray to keep it clean)
Heat it at 240 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Turn around the pieces after about 20 minutes. Keep observing the colour of the pieces.
After it is ready, it can also be served with butter rice, lime, roasted tomato and Beer for a YUMMY taste...
