How to dreamy cream-filled cupcakes

Put cupcake cups

Add Mix to bowl

Add 1 and 1/4 cup of water

Add 1/2 cup of vegetable oil

3 eggs

Add eggs to bowl

Mix with mixer for 2 minutes

Pour into pan

Preheat oven to 350 and leave in for about 10 to 15 minutes depending on your oven

Take out

Put frosting into plastic bag and tear the tip off

Add frosting to the tops of the cupcakes

Put chocolate chips on top

Enjoy
