Draw two half circles

Draw a bigger half circle connected

Draw a smaller half circle above it

Close the circle a little more

Draw a closed oval with a curve on the right

Draw and fill in three buttons

Using the curve draw a smile

Draw one large tooth under the smile

Draw two eyebrows

Draw two eyes but don't fully finish the second eye

Draw a carrot nose

Draw little twigs on his head

Draw two more twigs as arms
