Grab yo pencil and paper

Add 2 lines like so

Then your arms

Then draw her/his legs

For the hair erase bits of the head, then add spikes along the bottom of her (or his) head

Continue drawing spikes upward

Then draw the hair as a "base" of the head

Then draw the bangs however you like them
