How to draw better and more realistically

Shading is very important, everything you see, you see because of light and shadow, every object has its shadows and highlights

Don't use white and black lightly, only too bright or too dark spots are trully white or black

Knowing basic anatomy helps a lot

Cloth has its own volume

When you move, you create loose and stretched parts in the cloth

Anatomy is very important in drawing and painting, the better you know the human body, the lesser you have to think about the size of the head, arm and legs and more about smiles, gestures and details

Not everybody looks the same, know the base, then play with the details

Hair tend to group, its too hard to draw every single hair, think as small strips of cloth and shade them as such

Remember to use perspective, the farther an object is, smaller it looks, even close thinks like the eyes look different when not at the same distance
