How to draw anime eyes

Make a curved line.

Add a tall oval connected to the line.

Add a bubble...

Then another bubble...

Another bubble...

One last bubble...

Add two circles, one inside another.

Shade in the inner circle

Clean up your bubbles...

And if its a girl add another line

Add eyelashes and you're done!
