Materials. If you cannot read the second one because it is cut off, it says, Ruler, to measure if circle is perfect.
Draw a small circle
Then draw a nighty degree angle off that circle
Continue. Measure to make sure all lines are the same length
Draw a forth line. Make sure it is the same length as the others.
Trace around the lines carefully and then erase them but do not erase the circle! Then you are done.
