Draw a straight line or a curvy line depending on how you want your feather. I prefer the curvy line

Next draw a pocket looking thing.

Now draw a circle inside the pocket and an arch OVER the pocket.

Draw feathery lines down one side.

Repeat on the other side.

Now draw curves going over the arch.

Draw lines up and down across the bottom of the arch.

Now draw a V- shape and color it in

And now you FINISHED! Yay!
