How to draw a moving pen tattoo

First, you'll need to find a pen. I usually prefer using a dark blue or black pen because it shows up better on skin.

Then draw a small trampoline under the heart line on your hand, with the top of the trampoline right on the heart line.

Then draw a small stick man just above the trampoline.
