How to draw a manga eye

Start with a simple triangular shape.

Add eyelashes. They curve a little.

Add the iris. I like to make a dark ring around it, because it makes a realistic look.

There is a gradient from black to white, top to bottom, and one single highlight is what you'll really need, but you can add two.
