How to draw a hand

Start off with this "dorsal fin" shape

Draw the outline for the thumb, index finger, and side of the hand

Middle finger

Ring finger, pinkie finger. Side of hand and part of arm.

Now turn your paper

Draw how long you want your nails to be

Decorate the nails how you want! Not needed, but a nice touch

Add any tattoos, bracelets, background, or other designs here!

Here I added a henna my friend saw online, and a wraparound ring.

Add realistic effects! Shadowing, birthmarks, things like that
