How to draw a eye

Draw a oval and a square on either end

Make a oval/circle extending from almost the bottom of the eye to past the top

Add a pupil

Make a couple circles that will be where the light is hitting the eye

COLORING TIME!!!... Get 4+ colored pencils, I'm using dark blue, green, light blue and white. I recommend using white and having a black on hand

Use your lightest color (not white) nearest to the pupil

Use the darker color lightly to the edge

Add the dark to the edge and blend in

Add the lightest color over the circles

Erase lightly and use the light colored pencil to add detail

Color the pupil black

Erase corner

Add top and bottom lash lines

Add lashes (be creative and add your own flare) and color the caruncle (which is the pink thing in the corner of your eye)
